How Kon-Struct handles the information you choose to share. Updated 14 September 2026.
Kon-Struct uses the details you provide to respond to enquiries and discuss construction or maintenance work. You can contact Gerhard du Plessis at gerhard@kon-struct.co.za or 067 537 8696.
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, town or area, requested service and project description. Please include only information needed to discuss the work; do not submit identity documents, financial details or sensitive site information.
Your enquiry is sent to Kon-Struct by email through the website’s hosting provider. Kon-Struct uses it to respond, prepare for a project discussion and keep relevant business correspondence. Submitting the form does not book a visit or add you to a marketing list.
Enquiry emails remain in the business mailbox while needed for correspondence, project administration or applicable record-keeping obligations. The form does not keep a separate website database of enquiry text. Short-lived technical records help limit spam and duplicate submissions: submission hashes and status are retained for up to 24 hours, and hashed network-address rate-limit records for up to one hour. Expired records are removed when the form next processes an enquiry.
The hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services. Hosting access logs may include your IP address and requested pages. Fonts and images are served by this website. Phone and email links open your own applications.
We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic, such as which pages are visited and where visits come from. Ahrefs describes its default analytics as cookie-free, without persistent identifiers or personally identifiable information. We do not configure enquiry-field tracking or advertising cookies. Read how Ahrefs Web Analytics works.
You can call or email instead of using the form. Contact Gerhard to ask about information held about you, correct it, or request its deletion. Some information may need to be retained for existing work or record-keeping obligations.
